The Facilities

CrossFit like you've never experienced before. At 20,000 square feet, we are among the largest CrossFit boxes in the world.  We currently offer 50 CrossFit classes a week to choose from, with more classes always being added. Additionally we offer plenty of open gym time everyday.  But that is just the beginning.  In a quiet corner of our space, a 700 square foot room set aside strictly for mobility: ROMWOD, stretching, and yoga.  Over and above the CrossFit and Mobility programming, we have a selection of traditional gym equipment for members to use.  CrossFit athletes are not afraid of putting their speed and strength to work in various sports. Grab a partner and try squash or racquetball in one of our five courts. 

Other Features

Kings Highway Shop offers a variety of accessories to support your athletic routine.  Our spacious second floor change room facilities boast 10 showers each and lockers.  Towel service is also available.

85FT Long CUSTOM CrossFit Rig

Working with a local company, One:One Manufacturing from Stoney Creek, we commissioned a massive 85 foot long, 15 foot high, 14 foot wide CrossFit pull-up, muscle-up and rope climbing rig like no other.
